Ugh! I've had it with this place. The food is okay, it's ridiculously over priced though. I mean, $10 for a turkey sandwich and I have to pay extra for fries? Come on! Not only that, the service is just terrible. I live around the corner, we actually share cross streets and every time (no exaggeration -EVERY TIME) the delivery guy gets lost! I live on Gramercy Park S (which is 20th Street) and they're on Park between 20th & 19th - and they can't find me! Not only that, they're slow as snails. The table service is terrible, I'm always asking for drink refills and water from them. They are always 30 minutes later than they say when delivering... and I mean, that could be because the delivery guy is lost and calls me from a completely different neighborhood - but still! I'm done! No more will I order from here! There are too many good diners out there to waste my money and time here.

quickly shown a booth, place is maybe a quarter full. after about 10 minutes of waiting, looking at the staff hanging out at the bar, looking at us, a lethargic youth asked if we had been helped yet. he took our order, maybe 5 more minutes to bring over our drinks. did not ask if we wanted water, either. and i did. after waiting 30 minutes(!) i decided to leave. spoke to the manager, who was also sitting at the bar with the staff-told her about the problems, and the waiter came over and said, but your hamburger was ready...oh really? then why didnt you bring it over so i could eat it? needless to say, i will not go back. and you should not go there, either unless you feel like waiting. oh yeah, the delivery guy also brought his dirty bike through the table area. twice.

Solid diner food in a setting completely different than the run-of-the-mill diner. Everything was good except for the Sunday brunch service which was dreadful since they were seriously under staffed to cope with a full house. Expect to wait for a table for brunch.
