I'm always looking for a great burger and i Just so happened to find the BEST burger that i ever had! I live in Pa., about 75 mins away, and from now on whenever i crave a good burger i'm heading for NYC! there were 4 of us and each one of us had something different and we all agreed it was the best we've ever eaten! Bigger than the OVERRATED shake shack and better tasting! We ate at the rockefeller center location and it wasn't as busy as i thought it would be for a saturday eve! service was great, everything was clean, food was the best! i'll definitely be here at least once a month!

Ate here with my husband and parents....all of us decreed these burgers (we ordered 4 different combos) to be juicy, flavorful, not too salty with excellent quality beef. These are fairly straightforward, not too fussy burgers. Personally, I do not like the shake shack burgers, nor do I like $22 dollar overly gourmet burgers. Good fries, crisp onion rings and tasty jalepeno bombs with Stella and Guiness on tap round out a satisfying if death defying meal. For these prices, truly excellent value. However, not being a fan of cupcakes, we did desert Bill's for Pastis across the street for dessert.

I have been reading many burger reviews on various trips to NY and finally pulled the trigger on this one due to poetic waxing about "custom blend of beef" "glorious meat" "already one of New Yorks best". To call this (Classic burger) anything other than extreme mediocrity in a bun is overstating it's qualities. No flavor. There is just nothing notable to mention about it. Moving on...

Best burger I have ever eaten. It looks beaten up but the flavor is amazing. I was also impressed by the attractive and overly friendly staff, most of whom where female. I am gay, but they made me question why. What's better than a great meal served by women you would take home to your parents?

Good burger but not the best in my opinion. My major peeve is how the bun just disintegrated and I was touching lettuce and ketchup. Also seemed a bit overcooked. Service was beyond hurried - kept taking things off the table that we needed - it became annoying. Perfect if you need to have dinner within 30 minutes. Loved the veggie fries. Bonus is its way quicker than Shake Shack.
