Cute place - nice, casual atmosphere, inexpensive, and great food. Appetizers were fantastic - shrimp dumplings with pumpkin coconut sauce were inventive and delicious. We asked for our curry extra spicy and certainly got that. Nice service and not rushed at all. Would definitely go back.

Delicious and inexpensive Thai food, with a wonderful variety of curry dishes. Though the food is good it is not a standout. Nonetheless the crowd is young, the prices low and the Blue Moons are cold.

I looked up this restaurant because I was craving Thai, and saw that it had great reviews so I checked it out. The previous reviewers were right: this place is great! The atmosphere is pretty chill and the decorations are colorful. The food my friend and I ordered was all delicious, especially considering the price. I got the ginger sauté with vegetarian duck, and it was only $9 and plenty of food. The drinks are good, too, and I suggest trying the lychee martini. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying out Bodhi Tree, and I am sure I will be back soon.

Stopped in here today for a late Sunday afternoon lunch. Wasn't expecting much, but the decor was really cute and I'm always looking for decent Thai in the East Village so I gave it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised that the food was not only a great bargain at $7 for two apps and an entree, but delicious with just the right amount of heat. Plus, our drinks were half off too. Yum! Will definitely be going back!

I went here last night with some friends to try some Thai. We live in the Village and have been to other Thai restaurants in the area so we thought we would try out the new place to see how it stands up. I can say without a doubt it is the best Thai place I have been to in the area. The food was flavorful and truly reminded me of Thailand in the details. The decor is also done very well with close attention paid to the details. What really stood out was the service for me. They are currently a BYOB so they were more than happy to have everyone in the restaurant (which was busy) stay and just enjoy the atmosphere.
