Will not go back

We went for brunch August 19,2012 and we had a server with an attitude. My omelette had a lot of butter and so was greasy, tasty but too much butter. The toast was simple and they don't bring you jam or peanut butter to spread on it. I substituted my potatoes for a salad yet there was not dressing on it, I got just plain greens. There was not offer of a coffee refil and we had to ask for water. But when we ask for the bill the waiter was there right away. We live in the neighborhood and so we have a lot of choices, this will not be one of them for the future. Never again Brasserie 360.
Don't go if you have food allergies

Has anyone else eaten here with a food allergy? I had a severe anaphylactic reaction after eating here even when I explained my allergy to the server. Beware even though the menu says they welcome people with food allergies. Don't be fooled!
When did France move to Mexico?

I have frequented Brasserie 360 on several occasions and am baffled as to what happened to this great casual place with good food. I have gone both for lunch and dinner and after tonight I will not be back. When we walked in the music was so loud it sounded as if the Mariachi Band would be strolling by any minute. We asked the French Bartender how this music played into the experience of a French Bistro and his response was Â“This is not a French Restaurant!Â” When we asked to watch (not listen to) the NFL playoffs, we were told the game was already on, so we ordered a not so great bottle of wine and stayed for dinner. In the middle of a play when Indianapolis intercepted the ball, the manager changed the channel stating Â“(he) was trying to find the soccer game and that there was still 12 minutes left in the game, so we should get over it!Â” After explaining the only reason we stayed was because we were told the game was on, they turned it back. The French Onion Soup was good, but not that good; there are too many better restaurants out there!

Four of us ate there last night because of the reviews here. For the most part, we weren't disappointed. We were a little apprehensive because the decor was so-so, the place a bit noisy and the plasticized menu looked like a Houlihan's menu. My wife also had to complain about the doors on the stalls in the ladies room. We started off with a few good drinks and the tuna tartar appetizer. It was great, except I was the only one that didn't like the mild cilantro flavoring. Next were the mussels appetizer, which also was superb. The beet salad appetizer was disappointing. For main courses, we had the skirt steak (great) and the tuna (very good). For dessert, we tried the creme brulee cheesecake (excellent) and the chocolate cake (very good). Our waitress was helpful and pleasant with a good sense of humor. At no point were we rushed. Overall a delightful evening and a restaurant we will return to.

Whether you've been cooped up in an office or waiting in lengthy retail queues, this is a great place to break up the monotony of fancy delis serving the same bland panini. The service could be a bit more attentive, but whenever I've needed to get in and out during my hour lunch break, they're always great. Great frites, too, by the way.
Awesome Dining Experience!

WOW! I ate at the Brasserie 360 with three friends, and we had a fabulous time. The cocktails and the drinks sharpened our appetites. We indulged in some exquisite starters: tuna tartar, trio kobe sliders, vegetable spring rolls, and spinach dip. We couldn't decide which one was best--they were all excellent. For the main course, we had the Atlantic salmon, the Herb crusted lamb, the Saffron seafood risotto, & the Marinated skirt steak with baby arugula. The service and the attention were awesome. The maitre'd and the servers were extremely attentive and accommodating. The personal attention from the new manager made us feel like celebrities. The food came right away and was steaming hot and delicious. Also, the ambience was charming and festive--we loved it! With our orders, we had a delicious French Shiraz-Domaine Solitude 2004 wine, which we highly enjoyed. To finish off a wonderful dinner, we tried some excellent desserts. Their homemade creamy cheesecake was fresh and delicious. Their homemade Tiramisu cake is comparable to any fine Italian patisserie. We highly recommend this restaurant!

SO disappointing. Took out of town guests here expecting a nice dinner at a nice restaurant . First, they were completely out of the moderately priced french wines. What??! Its supposed to be a French restaurant, but we had to order a more expensive bottle of zinfandel from Chile. Then our spinach dip comes out cold with stale, gross chips that look like theyve come out of the bottom of a tostidos bag. Meanwhile, our waitress is being very rude and unhelpful. So we ask to see the manager- who proceedes to unapologetically get in our faces, and blame US for not telling him about the chips sooner. I kid you not - Him: "if you didnt like the chips then why did you EAT THEM???" Us: "UM we didnt!" It was an overall heinous experience. Plus, there are much, much better brasseries all over town. Go somewhere else!
