This restaurant is the only Khmer (Cambodian) establishment in New York. It is mentioned in "The Elephant Walk Cookbook." The service was friendly and enjoyed conversation. The food had galangal root, lemongrass, and fish pastes in them which reminded me of the tastes of Cambodia.
