The burger was ok. The Pate was very good however the rabbit was over cooked.

This is one of the restaurants that made me think about moving to Fort Greene. Been there for brunch, dinner - never disappointed. Great place to take a date, a friend, family - a fantastic addition to the neighborhood.

the food was great. you better order a lamb or beef, they do it the best. however, as it is for most french restaurants, it is kind of expensive for someone on the budget. if you prefer, you can have a sit outside. a good place to take a date, and enjoy french food.

That and the Tuna Tartar. Mayor Bloomberg came in and ate while I was having dinner! The waiters and waiters are a pleasure too! Maya and Angelique are too of the best in all of New York! And with Rachel behind the bar, I one can't go wrong!

I love the vibe, the diversity, the staff who seem like family, and lastly-but foremost- I dig the food! What more can one ask for? The first time I ate here, I told everyone I knew about it until they begged me to change the subject.....

I have tried again and again to have a good time at Chez Oskar. The bottom line is the service is generally terrible. The food is good; good burgers, good mussels, everything is good. Even the management seems decent, but the servers are terrible. Everytime I have visited, the servers were not only unattentive, but just plain rude. The worst example happened when I did not receive all of my order. The server responded (read snapped), "Your meal only cost $10, what do you expect?!" I have dined there 4 times hoping for a better experience and will never return.
