I come from Ohio to visit my sister, and Cowgirl is always a stop for dinner. My favorite meal is made from the appetizer menu and includes the awesome sweet potato fries, cornmeal fried catfish fingers, and the cabeza de ajo. Mmmm....wish I was there now!

I loved this place. The food is amazing and the service was the best!! The 'poppers' were amazing and really spicy! The ribs were by far the best I've had. They also have a gift shop that had lollipops with crickets in them.. We just love this place.

The black eye pea salsa was to die for. We were there in Dec of 08 and are already planning our trip back in November 09 and will be sure to go back here and eat again while we are there.

i think what made the whole experience memorable is the incredibly insane server. You all know who he is! The crazy middle aged guy that runs around making funny noises, and sometime...just sometimes brings you something you just never asked for. The food is bomb! The catfish po-boy is the shiznit! And of course the frozen margaritas are excellent and I dont even like margaritas! Keep up the abnormally good work guys!

Last time I was here I swore our waiter was Ned Ryerson from Groundhog day (Bing, and everything). Most people that work here are middle-aged rock-a-billies who are half out fo thier mind. The food is always great though and the drinks are well priced. Besides being accosted by my waiter, i would go back anytime.

cowgirls is an amazing restaurant with a cheesy decor and amazing food. but the food isn't why you come back, their margarita's are completely amazing, i have a pitcher every time i go. great food, well priced and friendly service. the candy shop is awesome.

Okay, I would go back if: I were taking a kid who'd enjoy the cowboy decor, kid-friendly food and who wouldn't enjoy the kind of places I like. The place is out to entertain with candies up front, plenty of decor and stuff to buy, but the food is truly mediocre. I can eat one of the fries and not need to have more, so what does that say? You can, if you order carefully, get a pulled pork sandwich or something that's okay, but it's not about the food. Prices are fair, and it is unique.
