The pizza was decent when they first opened but has not been good the last few times we went. I would be willing to give it another try but the service is TERRIBLE!!!!! The servers can't ever seem to get a pizza order correct (yes, they screwed up a cheese pizza order) and it takes so long to get a pizza to begin with... we always end up eating whatever incorrect pizza they bring us. Forget about getting a drink refill, wine beer or whatever (note to servers - more wine/beer means more $$$). Maybe they can't concentrate with ALL the screaming kids in the place... too bad because the neighborhood needs a decent pizza place.

The food is pretty good but this place is only one notch below Chuck E Cheese's. If you're looking for a good pizzeria in Tribeca, try any pizzeria in Little Italy. Food is equally good if not better and you won't feel like you walked the gauntlet at an 8-year old's birthday party.

I absolutely loved it there. After seeing it on Rachael Ray I thought I would give it a try. The service is excellent and it is great for the family.
