(okay, i know the subject line is corny BUT) I loved DCB!! I recently had my 13th birthday party at a country club and invited all my friends. It was a Ralph-ish party, so I got the hors deurves from there to blend it with "Lauren". I got tons of chocolate stuff, from the truffles to the strawberries. And everyone loved it!!!! and so did I. although our final bill came out to $942, who cares? Not like the price matters to me anyway..... Have fun if you ever visit!!! Worth the wait (yes, crowded, but our candy was delivered, so I recommend that.)

I love the decor and the selection is great. However I found it extremely hard to walk around and look for items to buy. I didn't even buy what I wanted because it was so crowded and I couldn't get to the candy area to pick a variety of treats. The store definitely needs to expand so their customers can enjoy their time in the store.

Every promise and detail of my party was broken. I spent $25/child on a disaster art project. They were supposed to glue and decorate gumball machines filled with jelllybeans. The glue was a MAJOR disaster as it was hard when the kids got there and all the money I spent on the gumball machines was a joke as the kids could not properly decorate there gumball machines. There were not enough paint brushes for everyone as promised. The room was not set up on time. The soda was warm. They never played the games they had promised. The gumball machines filled with jelly beans were filled about 1/2 way and were filled with horrible jellybean flavors and not the flavors I requested. There were supposed be two special balloons for my twins, there was only one. There were barely any balloons in the room. Three center pieces. Balloons were supposed to covering the ceiling, like I had seen at other parties. I feel very riped off for everything.

I liked the place BUT while I was there I saw three children put their hands (clean / dirty ?)in the candy jars to select candy. This is at best unsanitary. At Dylans prices I expect better store monitoring. Needless to say it's the parents responsibility to watch their kids - but it is Dylans responsibility to protect their candy products.

We literally just walked in from a birthday party @ DCB about an hour ago. I don't know if I am sugar buzzed or just elated from this abso-freakin-licious place. From the retro music (lollipop, lollipop, pour some sugar on me,and the like) to the clear, lucite tables filled with gumballs. This place just forces happiness to exude from one's soul! Imagine being a four yr old and getting to decorate a giant cookie with candy fixins brimming on the table! The staff broke their butts to please and wait on the kids throughout the party! What a wonderful place!

This is a place that has new stuff every week and it all tastes so good. My favorite is the birthday cake ice cream and also the Australian liquorish. Dylan's is great for candy lovers of any age!

"Oh Mommy, this is better than Disneyworld!" exclaimed my 4-year old. After leaving Serendipity (down the block) we literally stumbled upon this kids (of all ages) paradise! The sights (candy filled lucite steps), the sounds (gumball dispensers), the smells (chocolate, bubble gum) kept us all occupied for over an hour! For the "bigger kids" (like me) it was a trip down memory lane. We bought bb-bats and jawbreakers as well as politically incorrect candy cigarettes! Go -- have fun!
