The people who work here, not all of them, are rude and not accommodating AT ALL. I had a 30 minute lunch break and I walked in and asked for a tomato mozzarella slice and the guy behind the counter just said "No." I asked when there would be more available and he responded "No." I asked if I could have a regular cheese slice and if he could just throw some basil on it and he once again responded "No." That is not how I expect to be treated ANYWHERE. I am a paying customer and they did not have an inkling of a clue of how important the customer service part of running a restaurant is. They did not make me want to spend my money there again, and I don't plan to.

The staff here is barbaric. I went in to grab a piece of pizza and went to give my 4 month old a bottle of formula. I was told that no outside food or beverage was allowed referring to the baby's formula. Seriously? Are you kidding? Yes, if perhaps my baby was drinking a Starbucks Cappuccino or eating a Big Mac but she was eating one of the only liquids allowed to a 4 month old. I was appalled at the inhumanity. I insisted that I was a paying customer but the jerk behind the counter refused to listen. Never knew Neanderthal pigs like this still existed in this city. Way to go Ben's Pizza, start being mean to babies...that'll really bring in the business! No pizza is worth the inappropriate behavior I experienced. Is there a rating for below 1 for this terrible eating establishment.
