TV Dinner food at Manhattan prices. If you want a view of Manhattan that badly, walk the Brooklyn Bridge, it's free. There is absolutely nothing endearing of this terrible place.

NEVER AGAIN. 30 minute wait even though we had reservations and were on time (not crowded at all by the way). Salad was drenched in oil, literally salad soup. Food was NOTHING to rave about and overpriced. RUDE waiter and host View of the city is decent but at night the glare from the disgusting chandeliers ruins it. Ugly restaurant overall, unless you like the look of tacky reception halls. Ice cream desert was a frozen lump dumped from a kiddie cup. And to top it all off the waiter tacked on a 20% gratuity on a two person meal.

If you wish to hold your or organize someone elseÂ’s wedding ceremony and at the same time having maitre d called Luis going after your wife, Giando On the Water is the perfect place to go!!! This happened to me on September 6th, 2008. I found this guy which should have taken care of people in the patio room downstairs, taking care of my slightly intoxicated wife upstairs and pouring more champagne into her sitting next to her with only one kind of intentions. This kind of behavior is extremely UNPROFFESIONAL for anyone trying to run this kind of business. It is a shame that people like him are employed in this property. I will NEVER come here again and NEVER recommend this place to anyone. You do better staying out of this property. You will save yourself from big headaches.
