I love this place! I come down from the Bronx as often as I can for the excellent and fresh fish, and attentive service. The spicey tuna tartar with crispy flakes is the epitome of unami, and the citrus sashimi in a martini glass is great starter for a summer evening. The rolls are inventive and while some of the combinations seem unlikely partners, they really work well on the palate. There's a good selection of sakes, and the green tea ice cream is a great way to end a very satisfying meal.

The cold sake with thin cucumber slices, and the cool towels that arrive to combat the summer heat gave a great feeling about what was to come...and they didn't disappoint. We had the Hot Wire roll, as well as a million pieces of sushi and many other rolls, and every single bite was fresh, smooth, and perfect. I am usually not a big fan of salmon sushi/sashimi, but at Ginger I ate everything I could get to before my dining companions snapped it up. We will definitely be back; it is our new favorite for sushi.
