WORST DELIVERY

This is the worst place ever. My order was delivered incorrectly (AGAIN). This time after waiting another 45 minutes after the "we will be right over with the missing items and sauces," I called and spoke to the "manager". I informed him that my food was out on my plate, now freezing cold and he could come pick it up an refund me. The deliver guy came, took my repackaged food and then proceeded to yell at me that I had eaten food because it wasn't as originally packaged. When I called back the "manager" then said he would speak to his "boss who doesn't speak english" about the incident. INSANE. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.

this is my favorite restaurant in the world. the food is delicious and psychedelic and makes me feel new sensations. i don't even know how to think about the way it made me feel. beer tasted like beer, but water tasted like sparkling water. the waitress was tall and beautiful. ma po tofu with pork, crispy beef, and that crazy red pepper dish. my eyes are about to roll back in my head thinking about it.

Food Delivery - Takeout

Had problem with order. Called and was rudely treated by person who answered. Food was cold. Fried rice lumpy as if it was cooked and then cooled and reheated. Soup was luke warm at best. I would not recommend the food and certainly not the service based on my experience with the takeout. Probably partially my fault, I have had problems with them in the past, and should have known better than to order from Grand Sichuan on Second Avenue again. There are many better Chinese restaurants in NYC - without question.
