Went to gravy last night with a group of friends. We should have been nervous when we were able to get a table for 6 on a saturday with no trouble. We started with cocktails that were somewhat bizarre. My friends drink literally tasted like drinking bbq sauce. The service was terrible. Even though the restaurant was not full, it took forever to get drinks and food. When the food came it was very underwhelming. My husband's dish was actually cold. The food is way overpriced for what it is. Bottom line: learn to cook southern food first before you try and modernize it.

Had a really great time at Gravy... Wasn't too sure "New Southern Cuisine" was going to be interesting and fun, but it WAS! The food was SUPER creative and Delicious! We started with a couple Cocktails in the lounge after work and HAD to stay for dinner! I would def. go back and get some more grits! Gravy is a great new restaurant!

Went here on Thursday night for just a bite not knowing much about it and the place was jumping , great vibe good music awesome cocktails . Sat in the loung ordered a category 6 and let the Gravy flow. There is some serious food going on had the chefs charcuterie and could feel the love for my favorite thing the pig! Duck to follow with a perfectly sous vide egg it was Delish !! Get over. To gravy before it gets too popular!
