When I saw Havana Chelsea closed it was a great loss for Chelsea.But now the new CASA HAVANA is still the same old place with a new face lift.When I walked in I was greeted by the same old staff,I went into the kitchen and again the same chef that worked there for 20 years was at the stove cooking.
