Its a cute spot on the corner with a very open layout. Garage doors that case outdoor seats and the best happy hour cocktails. (Chocolate Martini is the best) The staff are sweet and are great to look at ;) Overall I had a great experience !

This place was incredible! The service was fantastic. I took my family and we had a legendary experience. My wife had the herb roasted chicken and the mash potatoes were very creamy and the chicken was seasoned well and moist. My daughters split a hamburger and it was huge. The cheddar melted perfectly and the fries were great. I had the duck which was cooked perfectly and the pear was outstanding. We had cheesecake and a banana split for dessert. The cheesecake was good but the waffle banana split was the best I have ever had. My daughters are still talking about this. Nice simple atmosphere and I can't wait to go back. The portions were great and priced fairly.

I love HK!! I go there all the time with my group of friends. We sometimes go at Brunch, which has an amazing. But we decided to go for drinks and dinner the other day. It was so good. I love the wait staff. They are always so fun and really helpful with the menu. I always have a great time whenever I go. The atmosphere is super chill and romantic but yet fun. Great spot!
lounge no good for a party

my friends and i bought tickets for their new years eve event with the promise of a buffet, open bar, and dj. when we finally got in (we waited over a half hour out in the cold with our tickets), there was NO evidence of food. it was so crowded that it took another half hour just to get our first drinks from the open bar. the dj was pretty decent but there was no area to dance, let alone move freely. we had more fun riding the subway and navigating through all the tourists around times square than we did at that "party"

beautiful restaurant, warm staff my husband and I have been here many times and it never lets us down. with so many restaurants to choose from we always go back. the food is fabulous and the staff is very professional but not snooty. it is one of our favourites. prices i feel are very reasonable . give it a try you will not be disapointed. desserts always look like a work of art. thanks H.K. Restaurant!

I recently had brunch on the rooftop of H.K., and was less than pleased with the experience. Although the dining room had a decent crowd, the rooftop was pretty empty, as was the additional lounge space. The host was very nice, and promptly seated us, but that is where the courtesy ended. After about 15 minutes, our waiter took our drink orders, and upon delivery, informed us that he had lost the straw to my mother's seltzer on his way up from the bar...and never returned with a replacement. After an additional 20 minutes, my mother inquired as to when our food may be arriving, to which he responded "when its ready, I put the order in." To respond like that to a customer, nonetheless a 65 year old customer, is unacceptable. The food finally arrived after about 45 minuted (pancakes and an omelet), and was completely mediocre. After eating we requested our check, which was received after an additional 15 minutes. Suffice it to say, his tip reflected the service we received. There are so many options for eateries on 9th Ave, definitely skip this one.
Excellent (different from "Hell's Kitchen" at 679 Ninth at 47th, though)

Three of us went there last night and were most pleased. I had the chocolate martini, which was great. I had the "stuffed salmon" but it was just a nice piece of salmon and nice veggies, coated with something (black sesame seeds maybe but not sure) and delicious. One friend had a steak dish (hangar maybe? She liked it and I loved the 2 tastes I got) and the other had roasted chicken which looked great. We shared the fried calamari, which is great. $45 each including tax and tip. (too full for dessert). And I just realized, they did not put any bread on the table. Good! We would have eaten it and who the hell needs THAT!! We were all stuffed and I didn't eat again until the next day at 2 p.m.! EDITED TO ADD: I just remembered that the bathroom, while very pretty, needs to be maintained much better than it is. I should have said something to them and I forgot. The staff is very nice and I'm sure they would have gotten right to it if I had said something.

This place never disappoints me. Ive been going to HK 'Hells Kitchen' for years and its still as good as when it first opened. I totally love the ppl and the atmosphere this place has and its great for celebrity spotting day or night! Besides the decor the food is great as well. My favorite dishes are the seared tuna, mac of course, and the mussels for apps and for entres i vassilate btwn the meatloaf and ranch steak, so freaking good!!!! If you have never been def go check it out!!!!
