Eventhough in the east village, could be like an upscale midtown restaurant w/o the stuffiness! Food is amazing & the cocktails are wonderful. Very cool bi-level sitting. Staff is amazingly knowledgable, friendly & attentive.

The food is pretty average to just above average. The decor is not amazing. The service really is quite sad. Rude, bored, not interested sums up most of the staff there. Spend your money elsewhere.

The food is both imaginative and delicious and varied enough to suit anyone's taste. The decor was comforatble and unique. Unless you are in your "teeny-bopper" phase, stay away from the bar after 10:00PM

Don't be fooled by the awkward name, industry(food). It is a "must go" restaurant. The decor is creative and clever. If you just go for a drink, the bar scene is great later at night. If you go for the food, then expect nicely prepared food at really fair prices. Oh, by the way, the patrons aren't too bad looking either...

Industry is so chic it doesn't even have a sign outside. I missed it completely the first time I went there, but inside it's swank. The sleek long bar is a great place to get a drink while waiting for your table that may require a wait, reservation or not. But it's worth it-- the former outer garden now houses tables under a smokey glass roof. With light wood and flickering candlelight, you'll be swept away by the decor. And the food doesn't ride on the decor's heels - the fish (of which there are many to choose from) is always perfectly cooked, with subtle flavors offering delicious meals. The steak perfect. And you can trust the wine by the glass selection. A great place for a date or a party. Sleek, chic and cool, but refined and absolutely suitable for mom as well.
