I know that sounds melodramatic, but Ino honestly has changed my life - the food is THAT delicious. The truffled egg toast is superb - to the point where I actually have it mentioned on the back of my business card. The pate tremezzini is also scrumptious. Meats & cheese can't be beat (the only one I didnt like was the ricotta - try and substitute that one out). I love good food and good wine - this place is the spot to enjoy it in. One of my favorites in manhattan.

My husband and I loved this place. It's great for a cozy date night or place to meet a couple friends for wine and a snack. We had the antipasti plate, the quattro panini plate (there is one with an olive spread...amazing) and a portabello mushroom salad special AND a carafe of Sangiovese for $50! And it was all delicious! I can't wait to go back. And the cute waitress/waiter/hosts duo was friendly and helpful.

It's not clear Adam Smith had an 8-table panini restaurant in mind when he developed the Division of Labor theory. But by boasting about the benefits of doing one thing, and doing it well, the classical economist may have indirectly led to the creation of some exquisite cuisine. 'Ino is a small restaurant with a small menu, but it has come tantalizingly close to perfecting the panino. From pesto and prosciutto to sweet onions and fontino cheese, the fresh ingredients are complemented by thin, crusty ciabatta from the nearby Blue Ribbon Bakery. Starting bruschetta are almost showstoppers, especially the walnut and sun-dried tomato pesto and roasted garlic with rucola oil. 'Ino was founded by husband-and-wife team Jason and Jennifer Denton, and eating here feels less like going out than going in to a warm, neighborhood hangout. 'Ino serves salads, antipasta and tramezzini (tea sandwiches with the crusts cut off), but most customers relish the pressed panini, cooked to a delicious crisp. Like a true Italian trattoria, 'Ino offers excellent espresso and a wine list. © (www.foodboyz.com) Find out how you can become a foodboyz.com franchise by sending an email to franchise@foodboyz.com

Great wine list, excellent panini! Bartender was friendly and talkative. I definitly made the mistake of going with 6 people! We practically took uo the entire dining space!! Next time I'll only go with 2 other people, max!

We'd heard great things about this restaurant and loved 'Inoteca, but 'Ino was awful. The waiter was incredibly rude, the bartender was antagonistic, and when the check was wrong, they looked at us with scorn. While 'Ino's food is delicious, nothing is worth the attitude.

The best paninis in the city by far. Room is tiny and cozy, usually only one server who handles the crowds well. This place is always packed, and rightly so. Go with your date, have some fantastic Italian sandwiches and wine, and DON'T forget dessert, because it's fantastic as well!

It is amazing how little is necessary to get it right. With the assorted starter plate to share and a crispy crunchy warm sandwich each you have all you need. The winelist sorted by grapes as well as producers is heaven for all italian wine fanatics. Choose the Chianti reserva, rich and crisp in character, and you have put together a sensual nipping and picking finger food play, eat and tasty dinner. Take your best friend or whom ever you want to make your friend. This evening will create memories!

My first 'ino experience was first rate. I took my kid bro there to celebrate his first ipod purchase. We both loved the panini and the service! The server and the owner?manager? joshed around with us and made us feel completely welcome. My next experience wasn't as stellar. The food was as good as before but our server was sullen and inattentive. And we were only one of two tables! I was disappointed after the fantastic time I had on my past visit. I'll go back..but if I see that lil miss sullen is working, I'll put my panini passion on hold for another time.

I am in love with 'ino. It is a great, romantic spot to go post midnight when you crave fabulous wine and a little snack. The quattro panini plate is great, as is the antipasti. It's cheap, and the panini tastes like little spots of heaven in your mouth. The service is wonderful, the place is small and charming. Perfect for a blustery, snowy evening or a quiet summer night.

It is a very friendly place, nice wine menu and delcious paninis.. But when you sit in there for 1 hour, you smell like the panini itself which is a turn off.. They should try to improve the air conditioning...
