Went last night with out of town friends. Loved the food and prices fair. Not everything on the menu was available- a bit of a disappointment. The baby bok choy a little sandy and generally the dishes a tad too salty. We asked about house wine and chose bottle of Trapiche Malbec from Argentina. There was no printed wine list. We made a huge mistake by not asking the price of the bottle and only found out when paying the bill that price of the bottle was $40!!. It had never occurred to us that in this spot that bottle of wine could be so pricey. Completely a rip-off. There is a $10 corking fee. But if you are going to drink wine in this place, bring your own!! Also a service charge of over 20% was added to the bill. We were only 3 persons, and there was nothing on the menu about this. Cash only is another disadvantage of this spot. And you don't get a receipt unless you ask for it. So it is unlikely that I will go back and I am truly sorry about this.

I wasn't expecting much on my first visit here, we were made to stand outside in the drizzle until a table became available but it was definitely worth getting moist for. The steak with tequila and peppercorn sauce was stupendous and huge, struggled to finish her. The crepes were also mighty fine, worth trying. Service isnt the best but I don't mind that personally, I can't stand being asked every five minutes "Is everything ok with your meal today?" "Yes, it's lovely" "Great, let me know if you need anything" Try it out, then thank me.
