We stumbled upon this diamond in the rough of street vendor food as couldn't have been more pleased. We tried the falafel and chicken pitas which were so delicious we went back 10 minutes later just to try the famous lamb pita. The service was extremely efficient and the food was amazing. Try it and you will love it.

I just got lamb on a pita @ the Kwik Meal on 45th & 5th, & was very disappointed. I am used to the tasty chicken or lamb served in large portions for $4 or $5 from the other vendors in the city. My Kwik Meal pita was practically empty...and I paid $6. What was there was a skimpy amount of lettuce with an even skimpier amount of tough, fatty lamb. What made this even more obnoxious was the review posted on the side of the cart quoting the chef bragging about his signature way of flavoring the meat, which I am assuming refers to the ridiculous amount of spices used. If something is delicious, small portions or paying a little extra is no problem, but neither of these qualities applied to my Kwik Meal experience.
