Went with a relatively large group which was nicely accommodated. However, the food was not great, average at best. For example, we asked for a steaks cooked as medium, but they came very rare. When we sent it back they came too well done. The sangria was nothing to write home about, the flavours were unbalanced. The atmosphere was fine but extremely loud - the music was annoyingly repetitive. The waiters tried their best but were overworked trying to serve three large tables at once. The décor was bland and cold.

I went to LA Zarza for a friend of mine birthday and i'm glad i did. We had a big group that we had dinner and more join in after. its 2 pleases in 1. you go have dinner there and you don't realize that around 11pm it turns in to a lounge. The food was so good: snails, ceviche, calamari in a honey sauce and the stakes wore the highlights of the evening. We stay for the lounge after were i had such a good time .If you have a big group and you don't want to stay on lines or be treated like crap by doormen then you should go to LA ZARZA. The staff was super nice, doormen, food, drinks, all in one place.

No taste, no dice

The hallmark of Spanish food clear, bold flavors are nowhere to be found in the dull, conventional restaurant. The housing on the empanadas are like shell casings, the gambas bland, and the short ribs feeble. Worst of all, what is billed on the menu as paella is nothing of the sort. Filled with vegetables, soupy, bland, the shellfish tasteless, it lacks any form of socca (the delicious crust that forms on the bottom of the pan), the signature feature of traditional paella. This is Americanized Spanish food for people who don't like Spanish food because they've never tasted the real thing. (I can't comment on the steaks as we didn't sample them.)

I love this place. Its new for me, and i am sure that is going to be my new argentinean restaurant. What I love from la zarza is that they also have spanish food. So is a good combination of flavors. The skirt, the paella, the milanesa are one of the best entrees. And the snails, the corn, the empanadas, the ribs, the calamaris are the best i think of the apps.
Great time at La Zarza.

We were a group of no more than 25 people. Not even a single person had something bad to said about la zarza. The especial drink deal worked without any problem all night long. The music was the best that the dj could play.We all liked it. The only problem was that we couldn't drink sangria at the lounge. They only have sangria at the restaurant. Also the selection of spanish food and argentinean food is just perfect!! The service is also a good thing at la zarza, friendly and attentive. I am going to come back to la zarza very soon

I celebrated my birthday at La Zarza, and everything was just perfect! The staff was really nice with us. First we had dinner with half of my friends. We ordered a bunch dishes (tapas and main courses) Everything was delicious. The corn, the gambas, the empanadas, the calamaris, the assorted meat plate, the paella, the veggies canelones, etc Also we had pitchers of sangria(blackberry flavor). After dinner we stayed in the lounge, and the other half of my group joined us in our table. We had such a good time. And we didn't spend that much money the had the beers at $4 and the drinks at$6!! That was the best deal ever!! I want to thanks la zarza!!!
The best choice for my birthday!!
