Check the dates of the previous reviews. L&B has been sold to new owners. This place has changed and their prices have gone up. They used to have the best sicilian pizza but now...it's all dough, weak sauce and skimpy on the cheese. Okay, so they have parking....go for thier italian ices; that hasn't changed.

L&B Spumoni Gardens has the greatest pizza ever, hands down. There is just no question about it. The restaurant is fantastic to with great pasta choices, all for reasonable prices.

Unique, light, smoking-hot squares. Not too much mozzarella, lots of sauce & grated peccorino romano. I can, and have eaten more than 6 at a time. You can not find this pizza style anywhere else, yet.

If you're ever in Brooklyn, you MUST go to spumoni gardens. They are extremely well known for their squares and of course their spumoni. There are four "stations" to L&B Spumoni Gardens: pizza, spumoni/ice cream, heros and the restaurant. There are picnic tables outside and you can usually find an open one. However, if you'd like to sit in the restaurant, there may be a wait. But, your wait will be rewarded and the portions are huge. L&B Spumoni Gardens is almost always busy so expect double parked cars and a busy parking lot. If you're not familiar with Brooklyn, you may want to bring along your GPS or check mapquest because it's in an odd spot.

There is nothing else to say. Just GO! Order their "Squares" and see for yourself! After you knock off a bunch of these tasty pizzas, hit the ice cream area for the best Sundaes in Bensonhurst! Their Restaraunt has a full menu as well with great eats! RATING:***** (5 Stars!)(And I don't give that out very easily!)

...but that's about it. This is a no-frills, all about italian food place. The food tastes great, but if you're looking for a great atmosphere, this probably isn't the place to go as it's VERY laid back, somewhat crowded, and a little too loud for it's size.
