I had the Goat Cheese Profiteroles and the Roasted Branzino. Both were excellent and creative with a nice presentation. The waiter was very helpful and his service was excellent.

Service was terrible. The waitress only took orders and never came around to ask if we needed anything. My water was never refilled until we asked during our dessert order. All of the main courses were lackluster at best. $30 or more and at that price you deserve better than average. I expected a lot more from an NYMAG critic pick. Also the $4 dessert thimbles are a joke.

We visited Landmarc on the advice of a local friend. Food was out of this world! Our party of six (including a 4 year old) was seated promptly and service was impeccable. Awesome kid's menu, very accommodating to children. We had the burger, lamb shank, fish, strip steak and roasted chicken-all were fantastic. We'll be sure to return.

Wait staff very poor customer service. Waiter brought out entrees...food tasted good. Sides came out after we were done with our main dish. Then the same for dessert....coffee after we were done with Dessert. I didn't think they wanted us to pay the bill. Waiter brings out the check then disappears for 15 minutes. I had to wave another waiter over. I do not recommend this place.

Went for Saturday Night Dinner w/ the Lady Friend~ Did not need a reservation (arrived @ 8pm, however called beforehand) - Every style of table was available - Booth was nice and cozy - Bar is somewhat small, but had our favorite gin (Hendricks) Service was slow, but exceptional in every other respect - my date is a picky eater and wanted her salad customized - waiter went the extra mile to ensure that she got exactly what she wanted Entrees were delicious, and the menu is very accommodating to almost every type of eater The dessert sampler was great - somewhat cold but a awesome value nonetheless - They didn't have tiramisu that night, so we were defaulted two creme brulee's - We commented that we would have preferred two lemon tarts after we had eaten everything and the waiter was able to get us an extra lemon tart anyway! Great vibe, dimly light at night, quiet and low-key, the staff was extremely friendly/helpful Only complaint was that the bill was quite hefty, however we did indulge quite a bit in every category :)

Overpriced food, relatively slow service and I found two hairs in my omelette -- and they were definitely not mine. Waiter also automatically assumed that I wanted the large bloody mary, instead of the one that was four dollars cheaper. Not horrible -- but there are a ton of better brunch places in the city...

I've only been to Landmarc for their brunch which is consistently excellent. I've only had friendly and attentive service, so I'm surprised to read that other people have had very different experiences. We love the pain perdue which is their version of french toast. It's absolutely delicious. Coffee is also perfect (if you like dark roast). It's a little expensive for breakfast, but on par with other places in Tribeca. There are often kids at brunch which I think gives it a warm and friendly air but if you're looking for a quieter place then this is probably not for you.

Unfortunately (since I live in the building) this restaurant and the management do not get it. I have tried the place many times and the service is consistently awful. yesterday I went for breakfast, two people, we ordered scrambled eggs and drink (not too complicated), I told the waiter to rush the order (due to previous experience) after 20 minutes and only after trying to get a waiter (they are all so busy the restaurant that seats 300 had abut 20 guests) I was told they order was misplaced. I stood up and left.

Solid food. Good wine list at great prices. Friendly, casual service. All around, this is a very good bet.
