I went for dinner last night and had the most DIVINE chicken--the cajun chicken. Le Bilboquet has the best food, and the service is wonderful. The endive salad is also amazing!! Highly recommended!!!!

This place, the staff, and food all of a distinct attitude. If it weren't for the quality of the food, my patience for the parvenu wait staff might keep me from frequenting this establishment. However, arrogance does not get in the way of service, and the attitude fits the ambiance of the place. Once the wine has been flowing and the clock strikes the right hour, the scene changes, euro electronica is turned up, and the atmosphere becomes much more playful. I recommend eating late enough to get a taste of this scene. Finally, if you do not order the cajun chicken you are missing the best dish on the menu.

Charming. I love how the owner greeted me as a entered and as I left. The waitstaff are also very friendly, and I love all the french vibes. It is a very small space, but somehow you still feel comfortable.
