I became a fan of Mandlers when I was working near Union Square. This little Sausage place is a rare gem in the fast food wasteland that covers much of the city. The best part of this place is the variet of the menu. They have a number of different varieties of sausage to choose from. A respectable list of toppings, not to mention the best thing EVER! A mustard bar with 6 or 7 different varieties of mustard - all of which are worth a taste. Another great thing about Mandlers is they make great fries. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good lunch.
