Food was almost inedible - and I'm not picky! However, our waitress was very sweet and attentive. I guess my advice would be don't order any chicken - it's nearly impossible to chew...

The jambalaya and craw fish platter is really good though the fritters are not my favorite part of it. The food is a bit overpriced I think, and the live jazz music can get a little too loud where you can't hear the person sitting near you speak. Its a nice establishment though, for a second you do feel like you're in a night on a New Orleans town especially sitting near the window looking out into Austin Street on the upper level. The ceilings are a bit low though and it also may be hard to move around due to tight space. But overall, a nice and unique restaurant in Forest Hills.
