Some very interesting Latin-Italian fusion flavors here, but the price just isn't right. The portions are tiny and without filling you up. The wine is very pricey. The pre fixe isn't any help when it comes to cost. The food is memorable, but not incredible. You just don't get enough for your money.

A great addition to the neighborhood! Had the grilled baby octopus salad and mushroom filled Mezzaluna with a truffle oil sauce. Everything was delicious and the service was very personable and sweet. I will definitely be returning.

The husband and wife team here have poured a lot of love into this restaurant, and it comes through in the simple, creative, and refined taste of their dishes, which could be described as an Italian-Ibero mix. Service is attentive, and Mauricio, who runs the front of the house, has impeccable wine recommendations. I had a mind-boggling Spanish organic blend here once. The wine list focuses on small vineyards, so expect to see something new each time. The menu features some interesting combinations like arrancini with chorizo; grilled octopus with shallot-jalapeno vinaigrette; gnocchi, chipotle chicken and cotijo, among others. The other night, I tried mole lamb ragu ravioli. Unlike some other fusion places, the results here are absolutely scrumptious. Props to the chef, who is able to strike the right balance between the savory, tummy-warming, spicy, and crisp flavors of both cuisines. I've been here 4 times for dinner, and haven't been disappointed one bit. It's a lovely place (not ostentatious in any way) and whenever I get home I'm always happy to have experienced a small, good thing.
