food was very fresh and tasty. we enjoyed everything although the chicken wings were a bit soggy. good place for a light meal at a decent price. although the portions werent humongous, they were filling enough.

If you think you cannot get a good meal for a decent price in Manhattan.... think Again. This place has a refreshing menu, with tasty tidbits galore, but yet different from your ordinary Asian flare. I personally went nuts on the appetizers and ordered 3 different ones to make a meal, but my date said her main dish was really tasty. I personally recommened trying this place, but dont take my corner table, Please.

This place is great. Looks like a diner but the food is not! The food is fresh & very tasty. Nice asian flare. Thai Steak salad & Broiled salmon sandwiches are delicious. They even catered our corporate lunch & everyone one was mad for it. I got my brownie points that day! Best thing about it is that dishes are all under $8!!!!
Great food, great portions, great prices

A few of us stopped in on Saturday for lunch after a morning walking around SoHo. We shared a few great appetizers, Jicama Rolls, Shrimp Rolls, and Pan Seared Tuna all of which were quite tasty. Then I had the Miso Glazed Salmon, which not only provides a healty chunk of fish but rice and salad all for only $8. If it were dinner I easily would have paid $25 for the same dish. The food was outstanding and the service was delightful. I look forward to going back with friends.
Enjoyable night out

This establishment should be used as a blueprint for anyone interested in opening a restaurant. The attentiveness of their staff is first rate. The food is out of this world. The decor is cozy and warm. By the end of the evening, everyone in my party of 15 felt like family. I'm proud to say that I am hooked on Mooncake.

This place has very good food at an exceptional value. Not only is the service super friendly where you feel like it's home, but you can try almost everything on the menu without breaking the bank. I LOVE the jicama rolls, it's quite refreshing and unexpected. Truly a great find. I'm definitely going back and trying everything AGAIN.
A terrific, friendly and informal spot

This is an exceedingly friendly and welcoming place with terrific food at unbeatable prices. My girlfriend and I ate there recently. We had a leisurely dinner, sampling and sharing a number of items. All were delicious, portions were ample, and I left with warm belly and smile on my face.

This new little restaurant is such a find! The food is delicious and to top it off, very inexpensive! Nothing on the menu was over $8...and the portions are huge! My favorite dish so far is the Miso glazed salmon...The atmosphere is great too! I highly recommend going here!
