I was pleasantly suprised by the quality of food here, you don't find quality chinese like this in alphabet city. The decor was very nice as well, lighting was perfect. The food tasted so fresh, they must have their own garden out back!!! You have to try the vegetable fried rice, superb. I will be back!

reservation at 8.30-they called to tell me they couldnt do it an hour before-no apology, 10.30 offered-I could walk in and wait less than 2 hours. I asked for a manager to call-nothing. Good job Kevin. Luckily I didnt have to spend money to find out how poor the service is.

Honestly, I couldn't understand the name until I went there. The decor is a really fabulous retro Chinese theme that I haven't seen since the club district in Singapore. I loved the lounge feel even in the upstairs restaurant/bar area. The lighting is great and it's really fun. The drinks are great. But, special attention really needs to be given to the food. It's not your usual Chinese fare or the fancy Chinese fare, it's much more authentic food that you would actually find in Shanghai or Singapore. It's really a find because it's also extremely well-presented and most of all unbelievably delicious. My husband declared that if I could make the noodles, he would eat them everyday!

This restaurant is very nicely decorated. The downstairs lounge is my favorite. And there was a hip, young crowd the night I was there but the food is no different than what you would get at your local chinese take-out place, although I have to say that it wasn't bad. I was disappointed that the menu wasn't more creative. But, if you're a picky eater that goes for traditional fare, you'll like it.
