My experience here directly caused me to catch a cold. I went for the "exceptional" weekend brunch with a party of 6 and called ahead to make a reservation, which they would not take, saying if we got there around 12:30 it shouldn't be a problem. At 12:30, we were told it would be either a 10 or 25 minute wait. No big deal. After standing for 40 minutes in the thirty-degree weather with harsh gusts of wind blowing down the street, we were told we could not wait inside. We were seated twenty minutes later after staring at several large, empty tables to enjoy frazzled service (there were only two waitresses also hosting and bussing tables. I can sympathize, but the least they could do was offer a "sorry for the wait," or any other form of politeness). To top it all off, the food was mediocre at best, the white gravy so overwhelmed by rosemary I couldn't finish my entree. I won't be going back.
