This place is terrible if you want to have any kind of conversation with the people you're dining with. The food is overseasoned and trying way too hard. Service is very very slow (it's almost impressive how slow it is). On the plus side, the drinks are fantastic. This place might be good for some rowdy after-work cocktails, but I think they should stop serving food.

It was unexpected. We ended up going for dinner to a place that was recommeneded to be in the lounge. They set us in the dining area, where it was a diferent experience. We where so pelased with the variety of food that we decide to stay. And the details of our server who was intrucing us to the wine experience during dinner was impress WE had a nice time in a quite and inviting room. WE loved the sense of details that they had with us. Its dificult to find friendly service in NY is not like before, and we felt that he cared about us. We will viist them more often and be back for a nice meal.

The suhi was incredible. The server was very french and welcoming us to our unknown french drinks We could spend all night feeling at home. And you can smoke in the balcony without moving out!!! My recomendations to a nice place :)

"Date place" is the first thought that jumps to mind as you walk in the door. The music and the vibe is trendy but the setting is intimate and the lighting is very forgiving... And if he doesn't oogle the hot waitresses, you know that you should maybe give him a second chance even if he errs on the boring side of nice... Good drinks and a very respectable choice of nibbles - the shrimp dumplings and the spicy tuna rolls are quite good. Pass on the pizza, the crust is just under-cooked enough to make it taste like soggy cardboard. I wouldn't expect a place like this to meet my high food requirements for dinner so it is probably misplaced in the restaurant category. To me this is firmly just a good date bar with ok nibbles. It is also a fun place for groups. A final warning - they work out a 20% tip and add it to your total on the bill but not to the credit card charge so ultimately its still optional. Although I believe in tipping well, I find such a pointed approach presumptous enough to be mildly offensive.

Good for B&T crowd. dining room food was pretty bad with undercooked lamb, and a chocolate tart sopping in a plate of melted ice cream. Service is poor, plain and simple. Waiter is nowhere to be found for 15 minutes. Threw my credit card back at me because they didn't accept Discover, and rolled his eyes at another waiter. Stopped me at the door to ask me why I didn't give them a great tip.

We experienced average meals with above average prices. Appetizers were ok but the main dishes were totally tasteless. The cod fish was not even cooked properly. We were then told off by the manager because we questioned the 22% auto gratuity added to our bill (which was not stated on the menu), then our waiter followed us out the door questioning why we only left him a VERY generous 15%. WHAT A HYDE!! Horrible experience.
