Very good, I love the ceviche taste so taste and fresh. ANd the prices are not really expensive as other with the same food quality. For example in Miami the have a restaurant like this and the ceviche cost $40.00. This price was one year ago. Excelent. Keep going peruviana

We ordered five or six plates of tapas and loved them all. Remarkably fresh ingredients and delicious sauces. The octopus melted in my mouth (did I just type that?). The warm, smiling staff made the evening a genuine pleasure.

I went to Pardos craving for “pollo a la brasa” (chicken) but to my disappointment I found that Pardo’s had become Panca, a bad imitation of Peruvian food. The “arroz con mariscos” did not have much seafood and was quite tasteless and expensive. (18$) not to mention that the portion was very small. I am Peruvian and I can tell Panca lacks of good Peruvian food. Although the service was great I wouldn’t go back there. Pardo’s had mostly good Peruvian Food, why on earth did they decide to bring a “new concept “ in? IT DOESN’T WORK!

Loved it! Recommended by Peruvian friends. As good as eating in Lima. Casual place, nothing fancy... very honest, down to earth atmosphere. Very nice place and good service.

I love Panca. They have the best causa I have ever had, that trio killed me. I crave it every day. I also liked the jalea, cebiche and pisco sour, very good quality and tasty food. Thanks Panca!!!

Took my peruvian friends from Germany and Michigan to a restaurant chain at Time Square. we paid 30 dollars for just a hamburger with french fries and soda or ice tea. Next day went to Panca!!!! we felt like being at home. Food, price and service extraordinary, we ate a lot. we even have dessert!!!! we had appetizer: choritos a la chalaca!! and Anticucho (grilled marinated cows heart ), main dish : lomo saltado, chupe de camarones (shrimp soup) and arroz con pollo (rice and chicken cooked with cilantro), peruvian soda Inca Kola and Peruvian drink Chicha Morada made of purple corn. cocktails :Pisco sour and algarrobina: delicious! dessert: sample of Alfajor, Tres leches and Lucuma puddin! good music and the best of all ....we paid 40.00 each!!! compare this with the 30.00 we paid the night before! Very good portions, in fact, the appetizer would have been enough . Guys, thanks for giving me the chance of taking my friends to such a great peruvian restaurant! it was fantastic!!! we had a great time! Peruvian food is one of the greatest of the entire world! Go to Panca!!!! You wont be dissapointed!

We went to this restaurant on a Sunday, there were only four tables and it took them an hour just to bring the appetizers... The Entrés were OK, one was good, the other one the sauce was to salted, we couldn't eat. I am not going back.

I went to panca for the first time last year and i was really impressed, the taste and presentation of every single dish we tried was totally amaizing i will recommend the tiradito trio, the conchitas a la parmesana, the causa, and pretty much every single plate, my wife and 4 years old daugther love the place, verry cozy and great service every time we can we take the 45 min ride to enjoy the good peruvian food that makes me feel back home. It's a must go place , try the tapas, and the maracuya sour. AAAA++++++ to the Chef and Crew.
