The only downsides are the short wait for your panini and the atmosphere that hints 'quick! we want your table!' Fresh ingredients, quick service, low prices, amazing bread...drool...drool...
clean, sleek, friendly and tasty

I went to the location on Prince St in NoLita, quite by accident while heading elsewhere. I was drawn by the eclectic menu (more interesting than say Europa where a lot of people in my Midtown office go), the ok/avg price, and the sleek, inviting inside, which was bright and easily seen from the street. It was essentially empty when I was there, presumably because I took a late lunch. The staff was really friendly, though that may have been because it wasn't busy. I had a "Deedee" (all or most of the sandwiches have "first names"...I didn't ask why), which was an acceptable size sandwich, given the price and location, and it tasted fantastic. The bread was crispy, but not tough to bite into and I could taste every bit of flavor. The service wasn't too long (again, that could be because there wasn't many other people), and everything behind the counter looked well prepared and fresh. I'm no restaurant connoisseur, but I would go back again and probably take a sit down lunch there (they had tables and chairs in the back part, away from the street).
