I read the reviews and thought this would be a good place to take my 20 year old son after the Knicks game. Big Mistake. Service was bordering on rude, once it was obvious we weren't going to have a big drink tab, they charge extra for pasta, which was out of a box with dull sauce, and 25 bucks for average Chicken Parm and no pasta is pathetic under any standard. My dish, a special with a spicy red sauce, was as dull and unimaginative as you could imagine. I did order a double espresso, which was a very over-extracted, bitter shot with hot water poured in it, costing an outrageous 6 bucks. Bread was also average, which is a shame, considering the bakeries in NYC. Never saw the desserts, waiter too busy. A big disappointment. We will never ever go back.

I was at Patsy's on 11/01/03 at 11:00 pm and was treated like I was the first customer of the day! We closed the placed down but were never rushed. Food was amazing and service impecable. Too bad I live in Denver. Thank you!!

Splendid classical Italian with outstanding sauces, especially the marinara. Spaghetti and ravioli superb. Leave room for the luscious deserts. Service is also excellent. Old and reliable.

Classic Italian Red - the way Sinatra liked it. This New Yawk Italian Classic brings back mem'ries of sumptuous feasts and tables groaning with heaping platters and carafes of rich Chianti. Although quality has diminished a bit from the restaurant's hey-day, the pasta, chicken and veal dishes are hearty and tasty, too. If you're a true New Yawker and/or a lover of Sinatra and the good old days - you gotta try Patsy's.

Have loved this place for years. Cheap, great food and who needs a place with attitude. Really, those places get old.
