the ambience and beauty of Pazo along with it's excellent attentive and unpretentious service is why I would go back and bring other friends. Loved it!

Pazo is definitely a "must eat" restaurant. Each course I ate from the Appetizer to the Dessert was cooked with perfection. Although it shouldn't be a feat for good restaurant to know how to serve and cook Salmon. I've encountered on many occassions that most places tend to overcook the Salmon. This was certainly not the case at Pazo.

Blunder at Pazo Lunch Thursday, Jan 9 at noon. Fresh tuna is late. The waitress does not inform me of this, so I order pasta bows with salmon, tuna and mussels. When the waitress brings the food she says, "Oh by the way, the fresh tuna did not get here in time, so the chef put some more pieces of salmon in there. Is that OK?" I replied honestly, well, not quite, because the tuna was the reason for the order. She then says "I am sorry", and leaves. No question if I'd like to order something else. The chef had made no other adjustments to the dish. The salmon was overcooked and the dish was terribly salty. The mussels were way overcooked, tiny pieces of rubber. The chef was not in a rush; we were the first customers. My husband's roasted eggplant ravioli was excellent, as was the lemon tart I had for dessert. In the dim light the transparent disk standing in the dessert looked like a thin dried slice of fruit (as served in Cello). It was sticky sugar that promptly pulled a gold cap off my tooth. Watch out at Pazo.
