I'm not that crazy about peanut butter but I just love this cafe. The concept is so unique and cute. Most of all, the atmosphere is very cozy. I donno why because there's nothing special. I always don't wanna leave when I am there.

Any time my inner child needs comforting, I can count on Peanut Butter & Co. to help. All your troubles vanish in that ooze of peanut buttery goodness. I am especially fond of the Cinnamon Raisin Swirl sandwich.

What terrific stuff - and ONLY in NY. The white chocolate peanut butter is smooth and delicately vanilla-scented. The dark chocolate peanut butter is rich and decadent. (Would make a great gelato base). Love the concept, and the staff - though young - was friendly and service-oriented.

If you enjoy a 50's decor with PB&J gormet, this place is for you. I am not a fan of peanut butter; nevertheless, it was quite enjoyable to try peanut butter Elvis-style. We laughed about our sandwiches several times after dinner. Their born-again peaunut butter is best reserved for an evening of fun with friends who love to laugh.

Can you imagine, deciding to open a business in Greenwich Village based entirely on the concept of peanut butter sandwiches? Maybe not so crazy after all, because who doesn't like a peanut butter sandwich - nobody! Here, while it sounds silly to say, they're executed beautifully, with a variety of bread and accompanyment options. My fave, which I continue to make at home, is PB-banana-honey on whole grain - say no to that!

Inventive peanut butter sandwiches. Sure, they're overpriced when you think about the cost of ingredients, but a very good deal when you think about eating out in NYC. Very tasty and satisfying!!!

Old peanut butter print ads line the walls of this place that's not fancy, but fun. At the host's recommendation, I tried the cinnamon-raisin peanut butter and apples on wheat bread. It was delicious and decadent. My kids enjoyed the "Fluffernutter" (peanut butter and marshmallow cream), and the double-decker pb&j. Definitely ask for the crusts to be cut off. They were rather hard on the night we were there.

Somebody had a quirky idea - to make peanut butter sandwiches in a variety of combinations and this is one of those cases of, "Build it and they will come". Thought for no apparent reason. The sandwiches are mediocre and not cheap. I have no clue why people would choose to eat here. It's a gimmick, but it's lasting.
