Very rarely does a restaurant with so much hype live up to expectations. Per Se exceeded it. Every course, every bite was a delite. We had the 5 course tasting menu. Each course is no more than a morsel for the average Joe, but the intricate, subtle flavors that abound are impossible to describe. A particular treat was a dollop of banana ice cream and curry dusted rice krispies atop a foam of milk. What a wild concoction? It was delightful. The only thing that is hard to swallow is the price. One would be hard-pressed to keep it under $500 for 2 people.

Magnificent. The nine-course tasting menu was spectacular -- every morsel had resonance. Even the smallest components of our meal, such as the table butter (made expressly for Per Se), and the Ruby Red grapefruit in our "Salad of Hawaiian Hearts of Palm," for example, were bursting with flavor. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and (refreshingly)lacked the hauteur associated with many New York restaurants of this caliber. The tables were well-spaced, and the view lovely. Truly a perfect experience.

One of the best meals I have ever had. Everything was exceptional! This place is no hype. I recommend the 8 course dinner, portions were not overwhelming and the dishes were more interesting than the 5 course. Hard to get reservation for this 16 table restaurant, I got in on wait list. I was told lunch on weekends is more accessible. Apparently, same menu is served. Although dinner comes with an extremely high price tag, it is worth it!

Short and sweet are not words to describe this experience. If you have the time - get the $150 chef's tasting menu and be prepared to be amazed. Every dish is delicious and well presented. The foie gras is excellent. It took over 4 hours for my family and me to eat, but was well worth it. The only criticism I have is the location (inside a mall basically) and sterile decor didn't match the food.

Beyond expectations, Per Se was an exquisite culinary experience. Keller's reputation lives up to its height. My husband and I had the most fantastic evening of our lives. From the beginning to the end, each course was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Expensive, yes, but worth it.

My dinner at Per Se was by far leap's and bound's past any expectation's my wife and I had. From the server who offered to call our babysiter and check up on the children,to the Mignardises given to us to bring home to them. I just can't praise this restaurant enough!!! Very expensive, but worth every dime. Thank You Lyndon, Kate, Chef Benno and Mr Keller. Your the "BEST" Robert.

I have never had such an experience in all my life. From the moment you walk through the tricky doors, to the champagne that was offered in the lounge, to the impeccable service, ending with a meal that is true perfection--I was completely enchanted and would have paid twice as much as I did for the same experience all over again. The service is flawless, the decor, charming and the food, well, a moment in heaven would not compare. Try the delicate scallop, and finish with a wide array of cheeses to choose from. Just when you think you are finished, you will be bombarded by the most incredible desserts I have ever had in my life. Take a date, or go for a business meeting in the lounge, you will leave feeling like a king. Miles to go before you sleep (my dinner lasted over 4 hours)...but well-worth the happy journey into slumber.
