We went there on a crowded Wednesday night. We were seated promptly and the service was very good. The chicken was very good, but the steaks were not as we expected from such a nice place. Rather than complaining and embarrasing our guests, I called the manager a few days later, explaining the isues and he was VERY ready to help us the next time we are in NYC. Desserts were presented very nicely and were of high quality. I get around into restaurants all over and this has got to be just a fluke as the place looks like a nice restaurant and has MANY patrons. I WILL give it another chance.
