Great selection of items; fast service; lots of chances to get free protein shakes; most healthy food you can get; won't give you the afternoon doldrums at work; excellent choice for quick very healthy lunch or breakfast

Thank goodness for the Pump - I don't know where I would find lunch that didn't involve cheese or fried food, or fried cheese, otherwise. It's *always* crowded, so be prepared; I appreciate the efficient decor, but if they continue to be successful, they need to invest in more seating area! If you want something to go, though, it's a must.

Nothing at The Pump is fried. I love the baked felafel with humus and the grilled chicken salad. The romaine was so fresh, as were the tomatoes, onions, cucumbers. They have a terrific vinagerette dressing (they call it oil and vinegar with herbs. and one of a kind hot sauce.) I once saw Linda Lopez on TV say they have the best humus in New York. She is right. Highly reccomended!
