Friday evening, very hungry after all day at work, so what better than to try out another delicious burger from Grubstreets Top 82 list... We enter Ruby's and the waitress is complaining to her colleague about people only having tipped 10%, but 'they were French so they didn't know better'... It is very quiet in the place and I joke to my friend if there is a chef at all. After 15 minutes of sitting with our beers we actually finally hear clutter in the kitchen. I ask the waitress if the cook only arrived now? She rudely shrugs her shoulders. I tell her she could at least have advised us. She answers: "That is your opinion". We let her know we are leaving, and she says "I don't care". I answer her that that is exactly the problem. Whoever the owner is of this place should urgently dismiss this waiting staff. I am definitely never going back. The Australian burger will have to wait... and oh... I think the French people knew perfectly what they were doing, and were even too generous!

Absolutely awful manners. The waitperson would simply glare at us, or simply had an awful tone overall. She got the order completely wrong so that one of us had our food 1/2 an hour before the other and did not apologize. In fact, she raised her, voice and was, like, "WELL, I HAVE...ON MY ORDER..." Totally rude. Will never eat there again. I can't believe we tipped her.
