Great atmosphere, wonderful food and delicious drinks. We had the Pimms cocktail which was perfect followed by the perfectly cooked pork chop and the trout and finishing with the really good peach cobbler.

We went for the first time last night. The food was just about perfect. The octopus appetizer, with its smoky fingers of delicate, juicy meat, is one of the best I've ever had. The porkchop, a perennial favorite for overcooking, was done just right -- moist and slightly pink on the inside, crispy on the outside. Table service was timely, but awkwardly formal -- it was if the waiters wanted to treat us like gold but didn't know how. Suggestion: Just relax a bit. Prices are a bit high, though they are somewhat offset by the quality of the food.

The food here is so good that everyone I went with loved their entire meal from start to finish! We all got different things (between the appetizers and entrees we must have tried about half the menu!) and we passed them around. No one could decide what their favorite was....everything was cooked perfectly and served beautifully! The service was great and the wood burning oven adds a lot to the atmosphere; it's so fun to be able to see some of the chefs working! I highly recommend this restaurant, it's my new favorite!
