I thought their hot dogs were some of the best I've had in NYC, unquestionably. The buns they use are delicious and I'd eat them on their own, but the hot dogs and the variety of ways they're offered are really quite spectacular. The hot dogs are juicy and flavorful, and my favorite is the buffalo wing dog, which is topped with wing sauce and blue cheese -- it's absolutely delicilous! Plus they have whole pickles from Gus's (or somewhere that tastes exactly like Gus's). It's a casual, laid-back spot, and for a quick bite that's delicious and inexpensive, Sparky's is my new favorite!

You've been warned. Grab a bag of Dorito's instead. Awful ingredients (despite what they brag about). Negligent service. Named very appropriately. I would only let my dog eat here.
