the food was fabulous- and well priced. Great decor, music. The bar was packed.

Upon first glance, Spotlight holds the aura of a night club. My wfie and I were walking through Times Square looking for a good place to eat dinner and happened upon some very personable young people outside of Spotlight. They handed us a flier and told us it was good for 20 percent off of our dinner and drinks, and so we figured "why not?" Once inside, our skepticism subsided immediately. It was a beautiful restaurant with some of the highest ceilings I've ever dined in, and magnificent colored lighting on the walls and glowing bar. My wife had the Iron Chef mini-burgers and I chose the Orange Beef. We weren't going to have dessert until the table next to us got a plate with an array of junk food, which ended-up having mint chocolate chip cream pie. Long story short, what at first seemed like it could have went either way, ended-up being one of the best dining experiences we've ever had.

This is one of the few places where the food is actually really really good and the entertainment is even better. I took my children here for lunch ...and then went back with a group of adult friends. The karaoke aspect is hysterical as you are performing with realy back up singers...so even if you are not a great singer (i am terrible) you sound amazing. The recording booths are fantastic too. The screens had instant messanging. I was asked out by three different men...dont be thrown off by its location...super fun place to go...
