I love this restaurant! I was in a few days ago with some important clients. I felt relieved with the friendly staff and the delicious food from the appetizers to the desserts! I recommend the chocolate cake- if you have a large enough appetite! Thank you to everyone at the Strip House - for making me look good in front of these important clients! This restaurant is magnificently run!

Not only was the food great, the service was actually equally as good!Server and busperson were very attentive (but not overkill) and on top of everything. One of the best dinners I've had in a long time. Would definitely recommend. I would return without a thought. Very pleasant experience. On the pricey side, but well worth it.

food was great, so was the vodka-watermellon and mint oil shot sent to us by the chef. i would say it is my favorite n.y. steakhouse and i have been to them all.

The StripHouse is the best Steak house i have never visited in NYC.Walking up from the bar to the dinning room,you are fascinated by the beautiful decor mostly red with thousands of sexy pictures all over the wall.The service is done by experienced servers so that you feel really confortable. About the food,you cannot find a better steak anywhere in NYC;"THE DOUBLE PORTER HOUSE","THE RIB CHOP" and "THE STRIP SINGLE" are delicious with the "GOOSE FAT POTATO".Also , there is nothing better than ending a great night with the 12-LAYER CHOC. GANACHE CAKE. Finally,this is the opportunity to congratulate CHEF RENE LENGER for his experience in American & European food.Food at StripHouse is the result of a well done job.

I've been to just about every 'great' steakhouse there is in NYC, but none have ever impressed me as much as the Strip House. The ambience, service, decor, and attention to detail are perfect. Add to all that the most luscious food you can imagine, (I have honestly fantasized about their chocolate cake) and you have a true gem. The Strip House is not a restaurant, it's an experience.

The Strip House is truely a cut above the rest. From its great decor to its excellent and perfectly excuted menu that Rene Lenger and staff put out flawlessly night after night. I have never had a more enjoyable meal in my entire life. The waiters are attentive and profesional . The Strip House is better then any of its competiton. The Strip House is the new wave from its inventive menu and creative specials Rene Lenger and his staff are true masters of their craft.This is the only place to eat prime dry aged beef in my opinon. The food at Strip House is great, the foie gras torcheon is perfect so flavorful and buttery , the double porterhouse carved table side was chared to perfection and for dessert there's nothing better then the 13 layer choclate cake to end a perfect evening. The best restaurant in New York hands down.

Head chef Rene L. should be given more credit for taking this hip place to the top of the New York Steak house scene. The Steaks are great. Best secret is the seafood dishes and be sure to save room for dessert.

Service is impeccable and the ambiance is wonderful. And it doesn't hurt that the steaks are top of the line.

The steaks would make a grown man cry, and the service is phenomenal. Professionalism at its finest. I had to compliment manager Francesco Grasso's impeccable service!
