excellent evolution of japanese take on korean

Takashi is about Korean-style Japanese Barbecue. Grills at each table flanked my the open kitchen, it’s serving up something unique and savory. All kinds of meats – stomach, tongue.. I know it may sound savage, but hey.. may as well eat the entire cow and not waste.
