We've gone to Tello's at its prior 19th street location for years. Fortunately the owner used to stay at his other restaurant (now closed) on 8th avenue, but these days he is at Tello's new location. The staff tonight was very pleasant & attentive, and the food was excellent. The problem is the owner stood in front the whole evening pawing the hostess. Definitely creepy. He couldn't even bring himself to say goodnight (the hostess did).
