I've eaten at Thai Terminal a few times, and have always been happy with the pad thai. I'm not sure how authentic this place is- if you're a stickler for real, authentic Thai then you should probably eat elsewhere, but if you are looking for a simple, good meal at a good price, this is a great choice in the area. Note: "B" sanitary rating- always weirds me out just a little.

The manager was extremely rude. In trying to place an order, I called a dish by its old name—"front spring roll"—and she yelled at me to call it the "summer spring roll," yelled at me to use an updated menu, and hung up on me. I called back to attempt to place my order again, and she told me that the restaurant was filled with customers and she didn't care what I did. So I'm doing this! Terrible, terrible service.

I LOVE thai food and I have been to many thai restaurants. I finally found a great place for thai. The lunch menu, which is available until 4 pm, offers salad (with awesome peanut salad dressing), an appetizer and an entree of chicken, vegetables or tofu for only $7, shrimp is $8. I had the spring rolls, 2 thumb size rolls with sweet chili sauce and spicy basil chicken with brown rice (they did not charge extra for the brown rice). The sauce was not too spicy and not too mild, it was just right. The vegetables were VERY fresh and the chicken tasted fresh. I have had chicken in thai dishes that tasted just awful. I highly recommend this place even though it is a little off the beaten path. It is worth the trip and I am jealous of the Pratt students on 14th who are in walking distance of this place which offers good food and a good price. Also, the decor is pretty cute too. It seats about 28 people so I could not imagine going for dinner when it is busy.

Despite being a little hole in the wall spot, Thai Terminal is well-decorated and the service is wonderful. The staff is friendly, warm and attentive. However, I would recommend delivery - it's fast, efficient (they always verify your address, phone number and order before hanging up), and delicious; plus, when you order delivery, they stuff the container to the brim - you definitely get even more bang for your buck when you order in!

We tried a few dishes, and all were delicious. The grilled salmon with green sauce and the drunken noodles were great. Service was really attentive without being annoying. Sadly there was a large party of students who were obnoxious, but that's not the restaurant's fault. Well worth a try.
