A Simple Cake, Gail Watson's new-ish spin off is the best kept secret in New York . We considered several A-list cake designers in the city and couldn't be happier with our decision. The cake was delicious, (so moist) beautifully designed and it was half of the price of the other cakes we looked at! Gail was a pleasure to work with.

My fiance and I were just thrilled when we met Gail. She had done my sister's cake and it was amazing, so we knew it would be good, but Gail was so great about sitting down with us and creating something that was uniquely ours. She also worked with our budget and we ended up with something more than we hoped for. Her chocolate cake is to die for! We tried it with the cappuccino cream and I'm still thinking about it. She was calm and easy to work with. My only complaint was that there were only a few samples to try, but since she makes everything to order I guess I can understand. She made a sample of our particular combination that we took to our tasting. There was plenty for everyone to try. I recommend her to everyone!
