Our Pet had an accident on our Silk and Wool Tibetan rug that we purchased 3 years ago. We called Costikyan and they sent someone immediately to help us. Their staff was tremendous. The rug was returned good as new!

Very Happy With the Cleaning

I recently had my only Tibetan area rug cleaned because my 2 year old son spilled coffee on it. I honestly believed it was a lost cause, but was told by my cousin to call this carpet service just to see if there was any possibility to salvage the carpet. The next day a technician named Gili came was told me he believed it was possible. He gave me a very fair price, and then took the rug. I was still very skeptical, since the stain was so bad. A week later, the rug was brought back, looking cleaner than I have ever seen before. I highly recommend this company, and know I will be using them again, for all my carpet cleaning needs.
