Fresh, Fresh, Fresh!

Wild Edibles recently served me the best oysters I've ever had in Manhattan -- great selection and, most importantly, uber fresh. Seasonal wild salmon was also excellent, scallops entree a bit lackluster but still good quality and excellent value. Ambiance is minimal with just a handful of tables. We tried several white wines and all were a disappointment. Beer selection is much more interesting. This is a place you go for fresh seafood at very reasonable prices.
